Both the Evo and Syncro (Fuse with Water God) versions of Hades are META Ground Circle AOE DPSs. With just 2 placements it's incredibly worth to go Ruler for massive damage. He just stacks DoTs which deal a lot of damage, buff him further and eventually stun and slow. Plus he negates debuffs and shreds armored enemies with extra damage attacks. Crazy high power creep over previous Ground DPS units.
