Similar to Tierabel in that Ultiorra deals decent DPS and also has supporting abilities from Unpredictable Despair where he can Confuse or Stun enemies. You also get an active Nuke that deals massive damage on a 45s cooldown which is pretty good for clearing important waves. That said overall not the best DPS for Hill.
