Low SPA but deals decent DPS, slows and has a ton of utility with his active. He's a sub DPS unit with supporting options that are quite good and while he's not a must-have support he's still pretty good. His active is a crazy good support tool with a ton of flexibility on what statuses you can apply from slows to confusion.
