The best budget unit in the game since you get it easily as a Legendary and it stays strong in the late-game via EVO. Easily one of the best Fire units in the game. Admiral is good for two reasons, he deals impressive DOT damage but also acts as a support with Confusion. Confusion makes enemies walk back which is amazing stalling for your main DPS units.
