Goliath

Goliath has two things going for it. First, it's significantly easier to get than Werewolf or Divine Blade—it's a Legendary, not a Mythic. Second, it still unleashes big damage. You channel flames into massive punches that handle both single targets and groups. Does it match the numbers of a Mythic? No. But for early to mid-game players who don't have endless Gems to reroll, Goliath is easily an S-tier Solo Hunters power.
