Fujimoto is a solid all-rounder. The stat buffs are decent across the board, but the real winner here is the reduced stamina drain. If your build relies on spamming skills—and most good builds do—this clan gives you way more uptime. It doesn't excel at any one thing compared to S-tier options, but it's never a bad choice.
