Tuji (Heavenly Pact / Toji)

Tuji's Sorcerer Slayer passive is unique in that it directly punishes buffed units, and it can be devastating in the right circumstances.

The Heavenly Restriction passive is a solid defensive-offensive two-in-one combo, it's 40% bonus damage on every fourth attack is both reliable and strong.

His second and third attack moves (Flash Step and Heavenly Slash) are great.

Sorcerer Slayer is way too situational and often sits dead with no effect on the situation whatsoever.

The same goes for the first part of Heavenly Restriction - it will rarely come into play

Overall weak base stats compared to stronger meta units..
