Sakuno Curse King

Sakuno's Energy Flow requires proper timing, but when triggered correctly, it can be devastating in terms of raw damage.

Malevolent Decree (EVO ability) is what makes Sakuno an absolute beast in the current meta. It applies 30% of damage as Bleed on every ability (Sakuno has four active abilities) and has a 1-in-4 chance to cast Dismemberment on affected units. IMHO, this is a meta-defining passive right now.

The Black Sparks passive is very strong but highly inconsistent, as it only has a 5% proc chance.
